i think the wait for me is over since aicte has not approved the sectoral courses. congratulations to all the puys who have converted. you deserved this after so much of a nervous and anxious wait. thank you to all those who have helped me so far. and all the very best to others. may you all do very well in life.

I too converted TAPMI today. Congrats to everyone who has converted today. This has been a long and tiring wait but finally we got through. Congratulations to Euphoric, Zeal and Bharathi. If I have missed anyone please forgive me.
To all those who could not convert today, I have a strong feeling you will get the call letters in the next couple of days as there are bound to be heavy rejections due to this late announcement. Keep your fingers crossed. All my prayers and best wishes are with you.
For those who were in the race for sectoral courses, I am sure that you have something better in store which is why you could not convert. Keep faith in yourself and success will surely be yours.
I would like to thank Sudeep sir sincerely for all the help he has extended during this long wait. It takes patience to answer hundreds of calls everyday for such a long time. Hats off to him. Also, I would like to thank our seniors especially Sandeep, Berty & Bharat for all the help.
I would also like to thank all my fellow aspirants Euphoric, Zeal, Rohan, Direction, tanvitanushree, bharathi, kochanamishtam and everyone else who has taken part in this mammoth discussion thread and helped all of us get clear information regarding the developments.
This has been a draining experience and I wish everyone all the best for the next 2 yrs.
Hi. Can someone please confirm if we have to wait for the hard-copy of the admission letter or should we print the email for the acceptance letter and send the signed copy back to TAPMI with the DD?

If I remember correctly, the hard copy of the Acceptance of Admission letter has to be sent alongwith the DD.
What you can do in the meanwhile is prepare your DD, scan it and send this scanned copy to TAPMI after you dispatch the DD and Admission Letter.
So they will atleast block your seat, even if there's a delay in the DD reaching Manipal.
The instructions for the previous converts were pretty straight forward!
Go thru the e-mail once again. The instructions should be there.

We can print the annextures from email and send it along with the DD. This has already been done by previously selected candidates who didn't receive the hard copy on time.
did all those who got shortlisted for sectoral courses manage to get a seat in the new 60 PGDM seats? or was that a different list? any idea of waitlist movement? was told ma waitlist no was close to 400 initially

I would suggest u to get ur current wait-list position by calling Sudeep Sir. That will give u better view of ur position. As far as my calculation goes, around wait-list no 200 should have got PGDM offer till now including 60 new seats.
Was a too hectic day at TAPMI ... If this is the trailor then the picture will be very faadu... hope see our extended batchmates soon....
