Koi ye toh bta do ki BSc vaale kis baat ka case karr rahe hai.? 1)B.tech vaale kyu allow karr diye? 2) Bsc vaalo k marks kam hai or unhe lagta hai aise unki job koi or le ja raha hai.? ... Pehli baat ye hai ki Court m case aise ni chalte jaise aadhi BSc ki janta soch rahi hai TV/Movies dekh k,...... agar kisi Bsc vaale ne case ki poori report padhi hoti dhang se toh samjh gya hoga judgement previous cases k base pe diya jaata hai most of the time... Or Court ne BSc vaalo ko ineligible toh ni kiya na vo bhi eligible hai.... Or rahi baat marks kam vaali or unki job jaisa BSc vaalo ko lagg raha hai(jo ki unki hai nahi abhi) koi bhi judge iss baat pe judgement nahi dga. .... Or lawyer toh unemployed candidates ki vulnerability ka faayeda uthaayenge hi..
