Case karne ki koi jarurat hi nahi hn ..imd bale khud hi appeal karege ..aaj 31 st hn ,4 se dv start hn .yadi btech bale ko lege to notification aa jana chahiye tha.. judgement ki copy le jane se kuch nahi hone bala hn ..

Case nahi fraud kar rahi he ye... mere bhi paise dube the BSNL mein. They take the money then say that they couldn't file the case. They very cleverly say that they have incurred a lot of costs and they decide to distribute money only after deducting costs. 😫 Bahut chalak hai ye saare.
Attention sabi bhaiyo aur dosto ko summary of what going on these 4-5 days We have strong point and these are 1- Btech entry illegal but last recruitment btech selected 2- Maximum btech not applying for the post SA mean bsc and diploma are maximum number then why we worry about btech 3- Some btech were left the exam again by her logic why we worry about btech it a good for bsc and diploma candidate and by this logic maximum bsc and diploma are going to be selection. 4- Must be I think she and her team not study for this case as per current decision and last recruitment as well as RR and 7cpc which is circulated on this pg side may be if you ask then some on provide you how you overwrite RR where be/btech mention. 5- Blaming judge imd lawyer same way as kejariwal This case are not strong if you not believe then you also consult in you city lawyer or any llb student who is good knowledge about law or any law faculty who give you correct advise. In btech decision there is mentioning few cases at what ground we overwrite this decision.after consulting few good lawyer in allahabad and professor of law of allahabad university and final conclusion is that at the last we loss this case and return empty handed.so I give up from this case and move on next exam . If you not believe me then you go with point 4 of above and search on pg for rr. It’s your money and time now decision is your. At the last as per her logic if maximum btech are not applying or attend the exam then bsc and diploma going to be selected and by any hypothetical if case are allowe the we only delay the process and frustrates our bsc guy. And afsos hai un 3 yr bhaiyo ko dekh k jo in ki baato mai aa rhe hai...ok bhai keep your 5000 with yourself.. Itne smjhdar ho k bhi btech k baato mai aa rhe ho...
