If B. Tech wale case kar ke jeet sakte hai toh B.Sc walon ko bhi case karne ka pura haq hai. Constitution provides the idea of question any body if there stand a substantial evidence. And the biggest evidence is the notifcation that they published. Even the decisions of the CAT can be challenged in the court of law. And leave it. Let IMD decide whether they are going to appeal in higher court or not.
BSc के bhaiyo के case का logic h... Job agar pana h to btech को बाहर bithana h.... Ar btech के bhaiyo का logic h... Job use hi pana h jise merit me aana h.... Ab dekh lo इसीसे पता चल जाता h ki kis k point me kitna Dum h... बेशक case करने का अधिकार सबको h... Pr kisi k haq को छीनने के इरादे से किया हुआ case कभी भी कहीं भी nhi टिक सकता... Ar agar kisi k pas pese अधिक हो गए हो... To गरीबों me dan कर दो.... Kyuki aise बिना merit के sirf case के बलबूते तो कही भी job ni milna....
Bsc bale case karne ki kya jarurat hn, already imd bale hi jab court ke judgement ko consider nahi kar rahe hn.
IMD have to obey the decision mentioned there if they are not going to appeal further and I wish there shouldn't be any appeal as the delays have already kept the candidates waiting for too long.
Btech ko out krke , low marks wale bsc ka ho jayega , ye inka point hai case k liye .... Judge aisa nhi sochega hutiyo..... Paise aur time dono kharab hoga ....

Imd ne clarification notice hataya nehin....lagta hain ki woh order ka against main appeal karega.........SOCHTA HUIN DV MAIN JAU YAA NAHI.....faltu ka paisa barwad naa ho jaye.....
मैं एक आदमी को जानता हूँ। उसको चालीस साल की आगे में नोकरी मिली। वो मैकानिकल इंजीन्यरिंग में डिप्लोमा होल्डर था। बिलकुल फिसड्डी था। चालीस साल की age में भी बेरोजगार था। बस एक बार उसने motor vehicle inspector की पोस्ट के लिए अप्लाई किया था जब वो जवान था। meritwise उसे जॉब मिलना मुश्किल था। बस उसने नोटिफ़िकेशन में loophole निकाला और कोर्ट में केस कर दिया। काफी साल केस चला और अंत में verdict उसके favour में आई। आज वो MVI है। कहने का मतलब यह है की बेनिफ़िट ऑफ डाउट हो तो कोर्ट कैंडिडैट को ही favour करता है।

जनता की भावनाओं का ख्याल रखते हुए सरकार ने पेट्रोल का दाम एक पैसा कम किया है। सरकार के इस क्रांतिकारी फैसले के बाद में जनसाधारण से आग्रह करना चाहूँगा की तेल के दाम कम होने का मतलब यह नहीं है की हम धडले से पेट्रोल का इस्तेमाल करें। पर्यावरण का ख्याल रखना भी हमारा कर्तव्य है।
