Sincere advice to Btech guys who are not from economically well off families to not invest any money in court case on your own.
- I am also a Btech (ECE) candidtate (you can check my comments when answer key were released, and I got 143 marks). The chances of Btech winning the case is dismally low, since throughout the application form IMD was saying 10+2+3. But I still feel that they should not have mentioned explicitly that Btech is not allowed in RTIs so that many candidates like me should have wasted our time on this. Anyway best of luck.

Sorry guys if you don't mind I want to say that _ Mujhe laga ki aap log case file karne ke liye 3 lac+ arrange kar sakte ho to kyu na mere dost ravindra ke liye hum sab kuch kare Ravindra mera bachpan ka dost he jo apne beldaar majdoor pita ka bada beta he usko kareeb 7 saal pahle ghar chodna pada ma kahti ki baap ke sath majduri kar ke paise kama lekin ravindra ko aage nikalna tha yaha tak ki usne apna ghar bhi chod diya atm me security guard ki naukri ki aur computer ki field me aage nikalne ke liye bca shuru kiya din me blue dart me security aur raat me atm par sath me padhai lekin phir blue dart se nikala gaya aur phir atm se bhi bca chodna pada. BA kiya jiski marksheet fees na bhar pane ki vajah se atki hui he . Isi beech use liver me problem ho gai sath me kidni ka stone ho gaya. Computer par kaam karne ka sapna liye ravindra ko beldari tak karni padi. Ab jab uski ma bimar hui to chota beta puchne tak nhi aaya bimari ka khrch bhi udhar le kar ravindra hi utha raha he. Mene upar jo kuch bhi kaha usme zara bhi jhoot nahi he. I talked to my uncle Jitendra Rastogi, a supreme court lawyer. He said there is no chance for me or btech candidates as IMD has already mentioned about three year compulsion in its subsequent notices.
