 I have done Bsc(H)Chemistry with Physics as one of my subject but my marks are very less i.e 106.25 that too in general category. Shall i leave any hope of getting a selection...or can i be hopeful as majority belongs to b.tech course is now ineligible.

These are few lines from the judgement of refered case.... # Considering the above, we are of the clear view in our mind that it is not job of this court to pass the order directing the respondents to treat a particular degree or qualification equivalent to degree, which has been notified as essential qualification for recruitment to a particular post. There is another reason for not accepting the contention, as recognition of equivalence has to be by a general order/proceeding published for the information of all concerned, and it could not be a matter to be decided in a given case because the other candidates who are also having the degree, which the applicant possessed may also deprived of the right of consideration who may not have applied for the post in question as if a general order is issued, they might have also applied for the post. It may amount to discrimination and curtail their right for seeking appointment. Merely, because the applicant was allowed to participate in selection will not confer any right upon him to seek appointment. As per settled law, person selected and included in the waiting list, does not acquire the right to seek appointment. It is prerogative of the employer to deny the appointment if later on, his candidature is not valid or he is found to be lacking the qualification. Sympathy would not be source of guidance to interpret law and sympathy in law, has no place, as observed in case of HUDA & Anr. Vs. Roochira Ceramics & Anr. 1996(6) SCC 584.

" Aaj Meri Ek Bohot Bade Lawyer se Baat hui, and He simply Said, Court will reject our Case on Day-1 Hearing itself. There is No use of Wasting Time, Energy and Money on this Recruitment. Phir bhi Jo Bhai, logon ka 140 UR / 135 OBC ke Upar hai, wo Apne Paise ₹ lagaa sakte hain. He demanded 7lakh for full Case and 2lakh deposit, in case if Case is Rejected. 😢😢😢😢😢😢
