Some are saying why imd allowed btech in 2011 and is not allowing with the same RRs. How can they claim that last recruitment were made on the basis of the existing recruitment rules. As per FAQ on RRs on dopt , posts are filled as per the eligibility conditions prescribed in RRs in force at the time of occurrence of vacancies. The existing recruitment rules were published in the gazzete in August 2011 and imd notified vancies in October 2011. it is quite reasonable to believe that vacancies were finalised or occurred before the publication of the existing RRs and recruitment was made on the basis of the old recruitment rules . Otherwise btech would have moved court then also, citing violation of RRs.

Vacancy's are more then 1900+ so cutoff maximum is 105-110 mearks and if b.tech we're allowed after case then 110-115 maximum....aur Jo log bol rahe h 130+ unme kisi k 110 see jayada nahi h logo ko mat darao I got 142.5 so I don't care whether some is allowed or not so no begging to stop court cases....

According to my experience agar b.tech walo ne case KR Diya to joining Kam see kam March 2019 me aayegi coz 2011 me to bahut chota case that phir bhi 1 saal baad aayi so pray ki Jo bhi ho jaldi khatam ho wrna Kya fayada 2017 ki 2019 me joining aaye.....
