sab b.tech wale gaye tel lene. Suru se notification me clear likha tha fir bhi jabardasti form bhare exam diye and result ka wait kar rahe the. Atleast now it is clear. Case kar lo bhai log kuch hoga ni kynki they are going according to notification. and eligibility criteria wo log decide karengey na ki tumlog.

People are saying that clarification notice came on 4th Aug 2017
Let me clear you one thing guys, that an RTI was filed on 18th august 2017 and Btech eligibility was asked in that. But they kept pending that RTI for several months and now only in March 2018 the CPIO said that ---
"Smt. Neetha K. Gopal says that the authorities could decide recently not to allow B.Tech graduates for the position of Scientific Assistant. The
Commission finds that the public authority has a statutory obligation under
section 4(1)(b) to specifically state which graduate will be eligible for the post of
Scientific Assistant at the time of inviting applications . The Commission would like
to state that the rejection of the information under the pretext that it does not
fall under the category of section 2(f) is wrong. They have a duty to publish the
eligibility criteria. Because the department left such an important aspect in total
ambiguity, hundreds of applicants like this appellant have suffered a lot and
most of the technical graduates have unnecessarily applied. They have also
collected the fee from each and every candidate.
However, the public authority is liable for keeping thousands of candidates in
doubt and suspense. The Commission directs the public authority to pay Rs.
1,000/- compensation to the appellant in this case for harassing him without
giving clarification. "
In many RTI's filed and replied by IMD , they constantly said that for eligibility refer our advertisement and clarificactory note dated 4.8.2017 but they themselves are saying in CIC copy that " IMD could decide recenlty not to allow Btech " . Also now only they are giving us clear replies in RTI's that degree must be of 3 years, and in earlier RTI's they used to ask us to refer to advertisement. So it's clear that they decided recently on Btech issue from the nature of replies in 2 RTI's . Also in CIC judgement the CPIO is herself accepting that.
This makes us come to the conclusion that the calrificatory note of 4th august 2017 was still amigous that's why they kept on this issue in abeyance and utter ignorance and they were unsure what to do. So what's the point of that clarificatory note of 4th august 2017 when they themselves aren;t sure to allow Btech/BE .
Rest its upto you to to understand the clarificatory note.
If by chance bsc diploma win the case then can we do another case on IMD to get our money back ?? bcoz clarification came after the registration date was over , before that it was ambiguous. (kam se kam samose pakode he kha lenge agar paise wapas mile ) 😂😂😂😂
Humble request to all B. Techs You are going to file case against IMD GO AND FILE IT YOUR BIRTHRIGHT but I request you all to file it in DELHI HIGH COURT so that verdict can be achieved fastly As all other courts are slow In haryana court is about 15 years slow Case time also matters Best of luck
court mai hamara simple argument hona chahiye ki hamey decieve kra gya hai...agar commision ko khud clear nhi tha notification ke time to unhay disclaimer dena chahiye tha ki ..b.tech elligible subjected to bla bla...but unhonay hamey dhokay mai rakha jissay jyada se jyada application aayey..... agar humey us hi time pta hota ki hum shayad ineligible ho jayey to shayad kai log apply na kartay....simply commecrcial act mai bhi agar consent decieve kar ke li jaati hai toh aggrieved party can sue other one in court
hello btech guys my uncle in delhi high court i had already discuss all case of imd ,however he told me already that eligibilty case is not strong when he reads all document regarding imd recruitment. although he told me the case is just waste of time and money. My marks is 141 but still i am believe that b.tech allowed. but today notification its over. but they take more time in clarification

IMD and SSC dono ne milke sirf Candidates ko Ch*t*ya banaye He. SSC ne paise Kamane ke liye aur IMD ne confusion create karne ke liye. Are IMD kaisa Mad**ch*d deptt hain, Jisko yeh nahi pata ki khud ke deptt mein scientific assistant ke liye 03/04 year wala degree manya hein. What is it that you literate btech graduates cannot understand about the required educational qualification.....this is from the original notification
