Ye to hona hi tha. Btech allowed karne par Kai case ho jaate. Bsc waale karte aur ho btech form nahi bhare aur ho 315000 paper Nahi diye woh case kar dete

CASE will be filed in DELHI HIGH COURT now before DV for sure. I have approached the lawyers yesterday as I knew that some notice will be up soon on IMD website.
Well it's nice of IMD to give that ground of the case before DV itself. Rest anyone who is aggrieved by this can Personal message me. I will be filing case in DELHI HIGH COURT . The notification from the start was ambigous. RR has not changed. And many of you here don't know that. Any notification is made on RR rules. I approached NGSU too and they are in favour of Btech and willing to fight the case with us. Also IMD's tance on this is very weak
IMD already lost the case in Central Information commission on 8th march 2018 regarding this Btech issue and was charged a penalty for the ambiguity. So IMD is weak already on this case as they dont have docs on themselves to defend regarding why they aren't allowing Btech/BE guys. Whereas we are in possession opf multitude of docs on our side, some arranged by NGSU for us. So now it's all a ball game in the hands of court now.
Note: Please stay away from hate messages in comment box because we have full fundamental rights (under article 14) to file a case so no need to throw cuss words upon us. Instead focus on your DV because dates of DV be out in next 15 days.

I have met Minister Dr. Harshvardhan of MoES along with 10 other guys on 27th feb. Well we were referred to Secretary MoES for meeting but unfortunatel;y we were not able to meet him , but instead met additional secretary for his view on the issue.
He said that -- "Based on my 30 years professional experience , your case is trong enough and IMD had done a gave mistake by allowing Btech in 2011 itself. they shud have first amended the RR rules and then should have made Btech out but they hadn't done so. So its a strong case from your side as earlier too a girl won the case on IMD on this issue. "
So we have all docs with us and people who are aggrieved by this should now unite and drop in their numbers as our TEAM is already upping the ante to file the case in CAT COURT or HIGH COURT .
