hi guys i did my diploma in ECE after 10 th....i have 10+3 bt in notification they mentioned 10+2+3...so am eligible?
For B.Tech CS people, go to CAT(Central Administrative Tribunal). The rule is to decide minimum educational qualification, and same point is there in the notofication, therefore minimum requirement is 3 year degree. They are using 'must be of 3 years' and at the same time saying 'minimum qualification'. You can easily win the case. I have low score, but those who are having good score has a good opportunity to fight for.

Main fact that I noticed Result e pahle to wo documents mangenge nhi so unhe kya pata hu is btech/nimn tech after declear result 50% selected candidates will be btech holders toh 600-700 log jinko 4200 pay grade ki job mil rhi hogi wo is case itta aasani se to chodenge nhi so plz remember this fact uske bad manwo khushiya or log
Irony is: Same subject meh 3 years wale eligible h pr +1 matlb 4 years wale eligible nhi h..with both come under bachelor degree.
I think that's enough for winning the case in court.
Agar aisa sach meh hua toh may God save Our beloved India(It will be the only country to do so).Brain drain will continue in light speed.
Expect joining in 2019/2020.. IMD will face too many cases for which it has to answer... Probably the most senseless decision made by an organisation... Seems to be like having too many old people who doesnt know the equivalency meaning... Btech could win it easily... ALL THE BEST FOR EVERYONE...

First of all for all B.tech guys it's ur birthri8 to go for the case..so go for it and may the ri8 decision will pop up..but before that
One Thing You have to understand in cool and relaxed brain that IMD will never gonna say that B.TECH is not eligible for this post..Bcoz those B.TECH guys who also fulfilled the criteria of having a 3 yr diploma degree can have this job. So there is no question to be confused. thats why IMD can't/couldn't say that B.TECH is ineligible. thats why instead of saying btech ineligibility they said that those having a 10+2+4 or say 4 yr degree course are not eligible. also i want to mention two points:
1. "Minimum but Essential Qualification" implies that u must have this criterion(10+2+3) and then u can add ur degree to may be b.tech (4 yr) m.tech. or m.sc or phd...they just dont care about extra degrees.
2. Some people are saying stuffs like we b.tech guys deserve this job more than b.sc and diploma guys...dont say this stupid stuffs..first of all u should be eligible for this post then u decide that u deserve it or not. there are so many post (almost 70% of all) in which only b.tech is eligible where bsc guys dont have a chance to go for it but that doesn't mean that they don't deserve that job or they aren't capable of doing that job.
Involve Ploitical Parties also...Polictics ko v involve krna chahiye is issue peh..contact ruling paty as well as Opposition party Leaders on this issue. B.Tech guys make it a huge uprising across entire Nation against this injustice.
I had appeared in ssc pre 2017 and got qualified securing 135.50 and belongs to obc category . I was very much glad that it was my first attempt and got qualified but then tier 2 postponed from November to december , from december to january and again from January to February. Fortunately it held on 21st February but unfortunately it cancelled and re exam was conducted at 9th of March. This cancellation of exam dates were due to the case filed in court for normalisation issue. In the end it got nothing No Normalization. I have secured in IMD 118.5 OBC 3YR BACHELOR DEGREE and this time again I am listening the same issue regarding the case for btech Eligibility. I am not against anyone . But the dream of mine of getting a job is delaying by the time. Not able to understand what to do. Still hoping the good.
