Approximated the ranks on the basis of previous  year marks (assuming the same difficulty in tier 2 since I dont know much  about last year's). The ranks are adjusted taking into consideration  the spike in Tier 1 cut off.   (Ranks after Tier 1 and 2,i.e., after 600  marks)

 When marks = 400, rank=31000 

 When marks =410, rank = 25400  

When marks= 420, rank = 19700

  When marks = 430, rank= 14700

  When marks = 440, rank=10500 

When marks = 450, rank = 7100

  When marks = 460, rank= 4600  

When marks = 470, rank = 2700 

 When marks = 480, rank= 1500  

When marks = 490, rank= 800 

 When marks = 500,rank= 400 
 

Since competition is increasing day by day, ranks may be somewhat below these.
