My query is... guys i m a person belonging from physically handicap (HH).. and i have applied a lot of effort for getting a post in ssc cgl.. bt i will appear in Ssc cgl 2018.. Guys m also belong to obc category... Can i Club my PH cateogary with Obc category while applying?? ... If yes, then will i get any benefit from it.?? . Kindly reply genuinely...

I got Auditor CAG in CGL 2016 and 2015. I have been scoring at least 20 marks above the cutoff in Tier-I since the past 2 years. But, I got 120 this time and could not clear even Tier-I as I was in the toughest shift (9th August 2nd shift). How is this possible? Is there any hope for normalisation?
