My prediction tier 1 and tier 2 based on cheating incident, level of difficulty, vacancy and after checking marks above 3000 students etc is:
Cutoff for general : 458.75 Obc: 441.5 Sc: 410.5 St: 390.25
For getting seat you need to score 30-40 marks above cutoff. You also need 65 above in tier 3 atleast.

After tier 2 also people said that people will not score so much marks in english and they are increasing their marks. But everyone see now that there are so many marks in english by people. In the same way people are now thinking that cutoff will go down but you will surprise after results. All this is happening because cheating happened on large scale.
