When a rapist rape someone do you think he gives a f**k what punishment he will get if he just rape or rape and kill?
He is a psycho, he won't care, and of all the news I've seen, I've never read a news where someone raped a minor and left him alive.
Though I would prefer castration instead of Death penalty.

And anyone who is supporting this law is feminist. Diktats like this must be in place before 40 years, our former law was otiose and there was a need of a change. Every law in India is being misused , even dowry law, domestic violence law but think liberandus they are providing safety to our sisters.
