Giving death sentence to child rapist is the worst law ever made.....
Now let me clarify why I am saying so...First of all , look at the records of all those states where such laws already exist. For example Madhya Pradesh, here everyday children are being raped and now also being killed...It clearly proves that just making laws stricter doesn't make society safe.
Now crime against children will rise as any rapist will try to kill the child after raping her because now he will think that even if he kills her , he will get the same punishment , so why not try to eliminate the evidence. This law will put the lives of girl children in complete mess. Giving capital punishment means you are leaving no option for the criminal to let the rape victim go alive.....Now he will definately kill her to hide his heinous activity.....
I dont know why and how this hasty decision without proper debate was taken but this law really needs healthy debate with all pros and cons included.....
