Just noticed today that Ahmar Mustikhan,the famous Baloch freedom activist,has officially announced himself to be a Hindu,ditching islam,his parent religion. As of now he chooses to be an Hindu atheist.Even an atheist can call himself a Hindu,because the philosophical lineages of Nyaya,Vaisheshik,Samkhya of ShadaDarshan(6 limbs of indic philosophy) are in essence atheist philosophies. So a big welcome to Ahmar Mustikan into our fold of Sanatan Dharma :)
But on this point of Balochistan,probably some of u would know about the ancient Hinglaj Mata Mandir,in modern Baloch area of pakistan.This mandir is also referred to as MaruTeerth(the Goddess of the deserts) Hinglaj ,and is one of the 51 shaktipeeths of BharatVarsha.Sadly this temple is now not a part of what we call modern india.But I have firm belief,that in near future,all the 51 shaktipeeths will become a part of our indic civilization once more .But Hinglaj Mata is worshipped by Baloch muslims as well,such is her power.It is a general belief,that calamities will strike Pakistan,if any harm is done to Hinglaj Mata's Vigraha or Mandir.that is the reason why this mandir is still standing strong in an absolute muslim area of present pakistan,and without a single scratch on it.Baloch Muslims have traditionally been respectful of indic civilization and Hinduism,and hence Hindus are the least persecuted in balochistan province of pakistan.Infact Baloch province wished to become a part of india in 1947 ,after partitition was formally announced.But those pleas were offered deaf ears by the erstwhile indian leadership.
The 51 shaktipeeths and 12 JyotirLing temples are a treasure trove,yet to be understood in their entirety and unlocked.
Anyway ,we cant rectify the past,but the future stands wide open infront of us.And I sincerely hope and pray for the wellbeing of my baloch brothers&sisters,just like they have ensured the wellbeing of my hindu brethren in their province _/\_ btw here's the twitter profile link of Ahmar Mustikhan https://twitter.com/mustikhan
