Hello guys. Lately I have been following this thread for the tier 3 preparation and I found out that it's a good way to get assessment from you guys. Let's start the constructive criticsm.
Please review, give suggestions and marks.
Swacch Bharat Abhiyan
The father of our nation, Gandhiji envisioned and dreamt of a clean India where sanitation, hygiene and cleanliness were indispensible components. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi launched ‘Swacch Bharat Mission’ on 2nd October, 2014 to fulfill the long cherished dream of Bapu to make India clean by 2019.
The ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ aims to end the open defecation by construction of toilets for households and communities, do away with manual scavenging and adapt better solid waste management techniques. Along with cleanliness, there is emphasis on modern sewage treatment plants and ensuring water pipelines to every household by 2019.
The mission has been categorized according to urban and rural areas. In urban areas, public toilets will be constructed at tourist places, markets, bus terminals, railway stations. In rural areas, the mission aims to increase sanitation coverage, conversion of unsanitary toilets to pour flush toilets and motivate the communities to promote sanitation with the help of Panchayti Raj institutions. The mission will be implemented by Ministry of Urban development and Ministry of Water and Sanitation.
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan envisages bringing about a behavioral change in people regarding healthy sanitation practices. However, this cannot be met by construction of toilets alone. Government needs to create awareness and educate people regarding the threat posed by unsanitary conditions. The other challenge government faces is the shortage of investment, which could be solved by participation of private sector.
Lack of proper sanitation leads to less healthy and productive population, leading to economic losses. It is a great start but still a long way to go. As the ancient saying goes ‘A road is made by walking’.

Revised my essay on cashless economy. Please suggest anything else you might think is off or needs improvement.
Exactly 275 words.
---
A cashless society is one where paper form of currency is replaced with electronic modes such as debit & credit cards, mobile wallets, fund transfer and more.
Since all transactions in such an economy are traceable, keeping a check on corruption and suspicious dealing becomes easy. Tax evaders can be brought under the tax net thereby allowing the government to narrow down budget deficit and ramp up fiscal spending. Going cashless works against the maligned parallel economy, perhaps even eliminating it. November 2016's demonetisation had a secondary purpose in this context -- kick-starting the process of going cashless. The government has introduced and popularized modes such as UPI (Unified Payment Interface) and AePS (Aadhar enabled Payment System) since then, whereas private players like Paytm have enjoyed a good run among the urban masses, witnessing a 300% rise in downloads since demonetisation. Reachability is being solved by putting 'Micro ATMs' in the hands of small traders - capable of withdrawal, deposit and fund transfer, and showing balance.
On the flipside, an analysis by Hindustan Times has established no correlation between a cashless society and reduction in corruption. Consider Japan: 18th on corruption index (higher rank is better) with 21% of its economy in cash, versus India, a disparage 76th with 12% economy in cash.
Cashless modes have been restricted primarily to urban areas, due to lack of awareness, literacy and infrastructure in rural areas. The government has shown resolve by increasing electrification of villages and connecting them to the internet via National Optical Fiber Network.
It is a monumental task, but with the right implementation, it can deliver on the broader promise of a 'Digital India': cashless, faceless and paperless.

Guys please review this article on Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme
Beti Bachao Beti padhao is a government of India social campaign that aims to generate awareness and improve the efficiency of welfare services for girls. This scheme was introduced in Oct, 2014 to address the issue of declining child sex ratio. According to census data, there were 927 girls for 1000 boys in 2001, which dropped to 918 girls for 1000 boys in 2011.
To improve the CSR and to empower the girl child, BBBP was implemented through national campaign and focuses on multi- sector action in 100 districts with low CSR. BBBP is a joint initiative of Ministry of women and child development, ministry of health and family welfare and ministry of HRD.
PM Modi launched the programme on 22 Jan 2015 in Panipat, Haryana and called for the eradication of the female foeticide. The main objectives of this scheme are to prevent the sex selective abortion (which is the main cause of low CSR), ensuring survival & protection of girl child and to ensure her education. The Scheme was launched with a corpus of Rs100 crores.
The fact to be noted is, only the allotment of funds shall not work, the laws need to amended, vigorous punishment should be given to the culprits responsible for sex discrimation and sex selective abortions. The campaign needs to have a connection with the society at large which will make the citizens much more aware. If we go strong in implementing this initiative at the grass root level of the country and let the girl child live and prosper, we can definitely bring a drastic change for it is said that if you educate a man, you educate a man but if you educate a girl, you educate generations to come.
