Smart city refers to the urban establishment which should be featured with technology , well planned infrastructure and most important sustainable in its developmrnt. With the advancement in technology , there is a demographic shift from rural to urban population in the whole world. Cities are becoming desirous for they are fuel of dreams and aspirations. Therefore smart city is the need of the time.
Our country did not fare much better in urban establishment. They are crowded and get congested in infrastructure.Traffic jams and accident become day to day incidents. Moreover, a large number of people now drive to cities from villages in order to harness better opportunities. In such case,we need cities which could accomodate this polpulation with better facilities.
As smart cities are well planned they would definitely improve quality of urban life. Also, the coming of new projects would brought fresh investment from big international players thus deleiver jobs also. Moreover, these well planned cities would become growth engine for our country. The loose corner that is to be worthy of notice is that more authority shouild be given to local bodies than center or state in managing the cities.
As there will be whopping increase in urban population during upcoming years , we will need more such cities. But we should be very cautious of adopting same model of development as other international cities. They should be designed according to our need and should follow bottom to top approach . AS rivers were temple to india during independence , smart cities will be the temple of modern india.
Sr Auditor / Sr Accountant to be recruited directly from SSC CGL Now.This will spoil the promotion chances of current Jr accountant / Auditor / Accountant ( 2800 Grade Pay ) as till now Sr Accountant / Sr Auditor were promotion posts only.CAG Circular is attached below for your reference.Same is expected from CGA/CGDA/Dept of Post / Dept of Telecommunications.Currently , the promotion time from Jr accountant / Auditor to Sr Accountant / Sr Auditor ( 4200 Grade Pay ) is 3 years and all these posts are promotion based only.After this circular , the time will be 6 years and may take even more depending on the sen. waiting list as 75% seats will be filled directlyAlthough we are not sure whether this is implemented in dept or still under review but it seems to be a huge loss to candidates selected through ssc cgl 2012,13,14 n going to select through 15 on Jr accountant / auditors postPromotion from Excise TA (2800) to Sr TA ( 4200 ) already changed from 3 to 10 years and same is expected in Income Tax Dept by end of this quarter.So basically , all non-interview posts are waste from now onwards as direct entry will happen via cgl on their next level posts.
Preference kab change krne ka mauka milega kyunki document verification to final result aakr department allocation ke time hoti ae... So agr mila to tier 3 ke time milega as now there is no intrv... So preference change ka option
Yaar koi clarify kardo ek doubt. Esys k liye 250 words space kya block wise hain, n mean 1word per block wala scene hai kya?? Ya phir A4 sheet ki tarah blank space hai poore page normal flow writing k liye..yaar batana kissi ko idea ho toh.
Bhai...please tell me how to write essay, letter writing if blocks are given. In essay we need to change paragraph and in some cases only one word remains in one line.so the total blocks in that line remains wasted. Moreover there are limited blocks. In the case of letter while writing address we need to change line for every word so that nearly 50-60 blocks are wasted. What are your suggestions bros kindly comment.
