Essay on - SWACH BHARAT ABHIYAN
Cleanliness is not just the cleaning of your sorrounings but also the emblem of purity of mind. It is preferred to even godliness by our father of nation. Our all holy books mentioned the importance of cleanliness while doing our rituals. Clearly , cleanliness drives our fundamental values by connecting our social , cultural and spiritual practices. SWAACH BHARAT ABHIYAN(SBM) is one of the cleanliness missions of india in this regard.
SBM was launched on october 2 , 2014 as a mass driven programme. SBM is just another version of previously running programme nirmal bharat abhiyan. What is different this time that the contemporary one is more about people participation and mass awareness in cleanliness drive. As usual , SBM has also set its targets similar to its predecessor but the lack of enthusiasm among people towards cleanliness drive in previous regimes made their targets unacheivable.
The objective of SBM is to make india free of open defecation by 2019 , to connect people with programmes of sanitation and public health to generate public awareness and to build urban local bodies to design , execute and operate all system related to cleanliness. Government has applied three prong strategy to achieve these objectives. First , it helps urban and rural poors to build toilets by providing financial assistance. Second , by driving cleanliness awareness among masses and lastly to decompose and recycle the waste with proper planning.
However , SBM has launched in good intent and with definite plans , individual's aproach towards the programme would decide its fate. Mere sloganeering and poster shows will not work , we have to work on ground level. If each and every person is aware of its sorrounding then cleanlines doesn,t requires mass movement as it becomes habit.

Need help donot have centre obc certificate till now .Will ssc consider the certificate after their cutoff date .If not so please guide what can be done.
