Demonetisation - why the denomination RS.2000 has been inducted into circulation? why not the case like old 500 replaced by new modified 500 ?? for denomination rs.1000 also it could have been done ..but it does not happened. Plzz share ur views guys!

I was roaming in the backyard of my quarter after feeling bored as I felt that i have done nothing productive since the completion of tier 2 exam. I collected 10 to 12 pebbles from ground and just started aiming at pole situated about 15 m in front of me. None of my hit find its prescribed destination. No matter , i again collected some more pebbles but again came with no hit. In next lot , after hitting 5 shots , i got to know that if i apply some more power in throwing and get my hand in line with waist instead over the arm i can make over it. And the next shot get right into the pole. What is more interesting that the next two also hit right in the middle of pole. This is also applies with our exams too. When we keep perpetual efforts, we get to know the ways and all exam begin to crack by us.

Those who have skills are not getting the jobs (only select few of them),and those who don't have are being fed "The Great Dream".Also various ministries of govt are running "PONZY" schemes in the name of providing skills... Same old same old... the local netas and influentials opening "gumtis" to provide so called "skill"... and taking fund from govt to their pockets... According to the government’s own figures, only 135,000 jobs were created in 2015—the lowest total in seven years and 67% lower than the number created in the last year of the previous government. Confusion reigns: Currently, 20 different ministries run 70 different skills-related programs. A “Skill India” mission was launched with much fanfare in 2015, promising to make 400 million Indians employable in seven years. It managed to reach about 1.76 million in its first year. Sure, its reach will hopefully expand. But more worrying is this: Of those 1.76 million, only 580,000 completed the course; and of those, only 82,000 could actually be matched to jobs. Part of the reason is that the government is doing a bad job of figuring out what skills the private sector actually needs from its employees. Whether or not officials understand this shortcoming is unclear: The latest budget just added another bunch of skills programs to those that already exist. At least one of these programs intends to assist young Indians “who seek job opportunities outside the country,” which is perhaps a realistic view of how well the government’s doing at creating opportunities at home.
Guys,whether only tier 2 cutoff or both the tier's cutoff will be taken into account for writing tier 3.As it has been mentioned that final selection will include all the tier's.
