guys pls give genuine reply,

i had given ssc tier 2 exam and i m getting 455 ( tier 1+2) .Also i   doing mtech but not interested at all anymore in mtech.I m in perplexed situation as i want to leave mtech and prepare for upsc,but need a job aswell.considering if i score 65 to 70 in tier 3,can i get an interview post in ssc?

Off topic question Suppose you have given a guarantee of a person who has taken a loan from bank .after some time that person unable to pay his loan ..as per rule now you have to pay his debt ...what you can do in such cases..... Is it possible to save oneself from paying debt of that person
