Yes I know the link but it was to be allocated on the last week of may as told by cbdt people.This is the last week and does anyone got response over phone anything more?

I called CBDT today n asked bout d allocation. But d guys r really not at all ready to give a proper date. Guy over d phone said dat it may still take 1-2 weeks. I told him dat m working in a bank n I need to serve a notice period of 3 months so atleast tell me a probable date of joining, he replied dat joining won't take more than 3 months from now. Also he said dat d dossiers n preference forms of all d candidates have been received. Don't know how much is d truth in his statements but these guys r really crossing limits now.

Yes they are right all the dossiers have been received by them as it is also stated by ssc chief in twitter.If they say 1/2 weeks then they are sticking to their promises as they said earlier last of may ,for which few days left,or 1st week of june ,for which another one week.So we may expect it within june 7.Thanks for this reply.If anyone get any more response please post here.

I have just called cbdt on this number 011 26125248.And a shocking news from a person who picked the phone up who took my information such as name and zone and informed that it will take around two months more.
Oh my god another two months waiting.I think we are feeling the heat of govt offices now in India.

Bro, do you mean that all teh dossiers from all the zones have been sent to CBDT? Even that of the Central Region? If that's the case, then that means nominations of candidates have been cleared! Isn't it?
My status was UNDER PROCESS. Can I hope that my dossier has been forwarded to the CBDT with my status as NOMINATED?

Ofcourse all dossiers have been sent to the CBDT as confirmed by ssc chief also.Don't worry.Just wait.

I can't understand how it could take one month as it is just 10 minutes task.Just running an algorithm all the allocation will be done.

if it takes only some time so why the persons detailed for zone allocation are delaying the process or cbdt just making the fun with selected candidates bcz in present scenario privates sector going rapidly but still no improvement work environment in govt offices it is too saddstick matter.

You replied me that it will take more 2/3 months.Did you mean zone allocation or joining?If zone allocation is 2/3 months more away then when could we expect joining?
What are the salary and other allowances in tax assistant in cbdt?I mean medical,accomodation,Ltc etc.
I have an issue with my OBC certificate also it is reissued at 10/5/2010 though the date of reckoning was 2/3/2010.Will it be any problem?
Kindly also inform me about the job profile of this job.

may be cmpltd in arnd july 1st wk..u may gt joining by Dcmbr..
the job profile z gd..cz u wil b joining incme tax,..aftr cmng in
dpartment..we gt to knw that the name of ths dprtment matters very
much...salary pckage z handy..othr allowances r as per govt rules like
50% DA.. TA -1600 per mnth..HRA 30% if in Metro cities..it varies in
lesser cities..
and othrs u'll get arnd 20k at start..
N as far OBC matters i thnk if SSC didn't hv issue ovr it..then it wil
be solvd ezily..
And anythng else u hv cnfusion then feel free plz..

But the mail by a tax inspector to me suggests that zone allocation around july 1st.I called cbdt DGHRD few days back, he informed me "sandeepji zone allocation do mahina ke andar ho jayegi".It also means not possible before july.
In case of joining it is right due to zone to zone variation it may be earlier in some cases.
How could you tell that zone allocation will be in june?Do you have any credible information in this regard?
