Try isoprotein-zero carbs. A lil expensive but pretty good and whey in the purest form.

16 hi hai :splat: draw and see. Ans alag aa raha hai. Karke dekho.
Let f(x) = ax^2 β‚¬β€œ b |x|, where a and b are constants. Then at x = 0, f(x) is
(1) maximized whenever a> 0, b >0
(2) maximized whenever a > 0, b
(3) minimized whenever a > 0, b > 0
(4) minimized whenever a > 0, b

Can someone explain the answer ?

Is the answer (4) .. I made graph..

At x=0?

Isn't f(x) 0 at x =0:splat:
@ankita14 @YouMadFellow
Its a CAT 2004 question. Answer is option 4.

Refer question 53

Can someone explain it to me without graphs ?

Ya, so ? .. Make 0 the minimum value of f(x) .. It will be when a>0 and b

I was thinking the same thing. But there is no option like that.

Oh I got the question now :lookround:
@hanushanand @ankita14
There is only 1 answer to the question. The flaw is in the way counting is being done given the order. (Best way to go about it is to select a black first)
Will get back to this and explain. Off to a vacation for now.

I got it now. It means that for what values of a and b does f(x) has the max or min value at 0 of 0 :p

when x=0, f(x) =0. if a>0 and b
