i hav IT experience of 4 years..but dont want to continue in IT as programming is not what i like..nd not my cup of tea..if i clear the written sbi po associate exam then during interviews how do i justify my move from IT to po job..any sincere nd helpful suggesions..i understand it is a bit offtrack as u guys r done with ur interviews nd eagerly waiting for final results.. but can any one justify my move before the interview panel considering a live interview is going on at the moment.
Will SBI usually conducts PO exam around the month of June?

But this time everything is taking time. I got info that as they are trying to fill all the backlog vacancies pending till date they are taking the time so that all the backlog vacancies are filled completely.I believe the results will be announced within 10 days from today 4 sure.

Just now called SBI CRPD....Asked them When will be SBI PO Interview results will be out??...She told 100% results will be declared including the final mark list this month itself.But she was not ready to disclose exactly by what date..

Hello guys,
I know everyone is enthusiastically waiting for SBI PO result. There is genuine interest by the guys here in the job and one of the prominent pull factor is the rs 8.5 lakh package(mumbai placement).
But it is also important to have a reality check about the job into which we are entering... I have interacted with couple of Bank employees and they told of the huge difficulties in the PO job..The unresponsiveness of the clerical staff and on the other hand the huge targets which are set by the higher management put a PO guy in a stressful position... The customer behaviour also was stated as a huge impediment in the job satisfaction... and I have also read about PO guys who are working from 8.30 am to 8.30pm and upto 6pm on saturday....and there is also the huge problem of office politics...
So would you all chip in with your opinion and better if you could write about the experiences of your friends and family who are working in SBI bank ...It would be of great help...I am not trying to be a party pooper but just a pragmatist so that it will help us be better prepared for the road ahead if selected....
Anyone working in Karnataka Circle as PO in SBI ? please give a short brief about your experience so far... the team members cooperation, the managers guidance and such things...will be really very helpful...thanks in advance....
