@prerna_engineer as per me its 45k... and dis is wat i hav read in prev pages of this forum... so probly its 45k... waise cnfirm krlo aur b jagah se...plz leave a reply taggng me... wud b a tiny favor :-)

@prerna_engineer no in first year we will n't be getting that much 20k probably. after that 37 k in hand. Info courtesy last year joinee.

@pkbaba How u can say this that M.tech degree is useless? In PSUs it gives u leverage if u are having higher qualification but it should be relevant to ur work area. Well this is info i received from some official in SAIL.

@anandkr in all psu's Mtech ,B.tech all r equal . in SAIL promotion policy also joining date is very important for ur seniority . yar kisi psu me Mtech ka koi advantage nhi hai u hav wrong info dude and extn leke seniority hi loose karoge .even Mtech frm IIT is useless if u r nt interested in further Phd, i also leave IIT kanpur for job. and @akki_d_ace in hand is nt 45k its 34k i don't know how u guys r calculating 50k gross with 20600 basic.

20600 , 72% DA ,46% other perks

20600*2.18=44900 (gross)

after deducting 4000 PF and 5000 agreement in hand 34k approx

waise 4k PF and 5k agreement baad me mil hi jata hai ,Gross to 44-45 hi rahega . BHEL is giving 38k in hand with 20600 basic but dey r nt cutting 5k.

1.can any one tell me whether the reporting date mentioned in the list is the date of joining itself or just medical will b done on that date?

2.and is it mandatory to bring the appointment letter along, i mean what if we dont recieve it due to some reasons?

we will get around 40k during traing aftr deducting 5k... nd aftr an yr, 55k... cool naaaaa!!!

They will not be deducting 5k from this year.. lets see if this info is correct or not source of info..sail HRs fingers crossed !!!!
