yaar agar koi notice dhyan se pade aur RRB Secundrabad k chairman ka reply dekhe to ek baat to shaaf h ki CA/TA ke liye extra candidates nahi bulaye gaye h jo b dv skip karega uski jagah neeche wale ko upgrade kar diya jayega.
point 1.07.02 notice k aur 8.10 pdo dhyan se wha ye likha h ki 50% extra bulaya jayega unless otherwise stated in PARA 1.07.02 means EXCEPTION me 50% nahi bulaya jayega aur jo exception h vo ye h ki no standby list will be made for CA/TA.
