CBT 1 is only screening CBT 2 will decide the department....But department wise CBT 1 cutoff hai because.. 1)S&T department hai usmein kewal EC(CSE ) ,EE hi jaeinge ...Agar over all ek cutoff hota sare Department ko mila k to ratio maintain nahi hota. Ho sake mechanical wale jyada aate S&T mein compitetion kum hota ya na hota..totally unfair. 2) JE(IT ) mein kewal IT aur computer wale hai..wo bhi ratio maintain karna tha... 3) DMS hi ek aisa hai Jo ki overall cutoff sabhi branch k liye ek hai...
