If an OBC candidate cleared cbt1 for reserved seats only, then is he competing for all posts or all reserved posts or those reserved posts he cleared obc cut off only ?

Idhar ek debate ka baat karta hoon Suppose an OBC guy qualifies one post in UR and all other posts under OBC reservation. Will he be eligible for all post in UR? If CBT1 is just screening in nature then he should be. As per the UR candidates who is in this group OBC candidates are only eligible for UR only if they have cleared the cutoff of CBT1 in UR but UR candidates who have cleared the cutoff of UR even in the lowest cutoff post are eligible for the highest cutoff post. This isn't logical also completely unfair. Or else both of them should get opportunity to fight for all posts or they both should only be eligible for the posts they have cleared in CBT1. Common sense ka agar baat kar rage ho toh CBT1 score matters or else it is totally unfair for OBC, SC/ST candidates. Mujhe gaali dene se kuch nahi hoga aap khud socho. Isn't it unfair against OBC SC/ST candidates

Bhai CBT 1 ka post eligibilty wali debate k baare mai bolna h.....its quite simple
there are 15 times candidates for each post categorywise and postwise so if u r eligible for all the posts and get good marks in CBT 2 so u will get post according to your preference and if u r category student and u cleared cutoff of gen for 1 post and category cutoff for other post....then if u score good in CBT 2 u will get gen post which u r eligible and cleared its cutoff in CBT 2 also so there is no confusion regarding this if there are 5 vacancy in particular post in your category so there are 75 candidates fighting for that of your category and 5 of them will selected finally and for other 10 vacancy of other post 150 candidates will be fighting for it so there is no confusion regarding this
