iam be digree holder from rgpv my average of all semisters would be 58% but as per my university norms 10% of 1semister 20% second semister 30% third semister and50% of final evaluated to calculate percentage of marks as per norms above specified i have 63.47% same would specified on my marksheet iam eligible or not rbi gradeb exam plz suggest guys thank you
