Result date for RBI Grade B 2017 Final Results- 27th or 30th October 2017

If anyone calls RBISB and they tell a result date ,please let all know. Though I have heard from sources that result is delayed due to some internal recruitment related legal issue
Guys who are having interview on 12th/13th October at Jaipur please ask about the result date as it will help clear the confusion and reduce our anxiety.

My interview was on today.There are 9 candidates.I was first one to interviewed.Results will come by 16 or 17.

Cut-off: 244

Total vacancies (including PWD):163 (6)
Posts advertised for General: 77
General candidates (Non-PH/SC/ST/OBC) actually selected: 63
Cut-off: 225.50
Year: 2017
Total vacancies (including PWD): 145 (4)

General candidates (Non-PH/SC/ST/OBC) selected: 60-63* (just an estimate)
Likely Cut-off: 235-240
*Going by last two year trends, around 10 candidates from other categories would qualify in General.
In 2015, when paper was easier and seats were much less, cut-off was 244. In 2016, cutoff was 225.50. This year, given a relatively easier ESI paper, increased competition and more or less the same number of General vacancies as last year, I feel cutoff will go higher and range is likely to be 235-240.
Going by previous year trends, results should be out by 16th or 17th October as also suggested by Jaipur centre guys. If not, the only reason can be DEPR/DSIM interviews as unlike in 2015 or 2016, this year the vacancies were advertised together with GradeB (DR)-General.
Let’s hope results come before Diwali!

Has anybody read the Time Value unit of EduTap. How to solve the numericals raise th power of high numbers like 5,10,20?
one of my sources from within RBI says result after 1 month. I am not sure cause i did not get to talk to that person, he is an AGM and posted in mumbai only, just text message over watts app , inquired about when the result will come, reply was ' one month'. Even I am eagerly waiting for the results. Fingers crossed.

I called up this number just now 022 23002999. A gentleman with a deep husky voice picked up the phone immediately. I told him I was interviewed for Gr B (DR)- General post this year and then asked him when can we expect the results to be declared.
He was very polite in his reply. These were his words: "You must be knowing that interviews for DEPR....our economy department are going on as well as for statistics department. After that we will declare the results...in due course of time...OK?"
I said thank you.
And thought of posting this conversation here.
So, I guess we will have to wait then for some more time.

Guys, I just called the RBISB on the number shared earlier here. The reply was "The date has not been fixed yet.. " and then a long pause. I said thank you and he cut the phone. I didnt know what else to ask. . anyone else make a call
