B.tech students are allow to drop three subjects (one humanities ,one core and one applied)for getting their consolidated mark sheet and provisional certificate or final degree. it is not matter they pass or failed in these three subjects. i just want know RBI or PSB also allow same thing ??

Hi Guys, can anyone please surely tell whether notification will get released at least before November? it might be an irritating question, but as each day passes by I am increasingly feeling disturbed :( as on November 3rd, I will complete 30.. and I wont be eligible after that to apply..
