Guys, let's keep sending them mails regarding the change in eligibility criteria. That is the only way to make it happen. The education criteria has to favour all. Please encourage everybody to send it. The notification can be out anytime soon but it will be too late by then! We have only one or max. two weeks left now. And according to some sources only a very few of us have sent them mails. Please do it before it gets too late!
Below is the mail that needs to be sent to following e- mail addresses (these are Rbi Human resources and services board email addresses) : [email protected] ; [email protected]
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Sub: Request for modification in the newly instituted Education Qualification criteria.
We are aspiring applicants for RBI grade B officers exam. We would like to draw your attention towards the Education Qualification criteria of having 60% or above marks in 10+2 as well as in graduation. We collectively believe that it is an unfair move, for the candidates who have been studying throughout the year for this exam, which is a pathway to serving the country in the most reputed and trusted financial institution of the country. A 60% cut off ensures several of us are left out of the competition only because we did not score 60% at a graduation level and back in higher secondary and secondary school. As you are aware, achieving 60% is an evaluation that is subject to variances from university to university and from stream to stream. The revised recruitment process is very good and is welcomed by the aspirants, it gives a clear picture to the aspirants that what is required of the from the organisation except the education qualification criteria. Hence, it is my humble request that the RBI looks into the matter and keeps the education qualification criteria same as it has been for previous years, this will not only boost the morale of the candidates but also provide good and competitive candidates for the valued post. The Reserve Bank of India has been doing a wonderful job in shaping the economy of the country by regulating and supervising the commercial Banks and keeping a healthy competition among all the banks then why not the same for candidates appearing for the exams. RBI also safeguards the interests of the public by making Banking standard codes for customer service we would be highly obliged if one more customer request is accepted.
Yours faithfully,
RBI Grade "B" Aspirant.
