M a second year economics honours student.
Is it possible to study for RBI exam's aptitude test with CAT material.(Actually I have enrolled myself with a coaching institute in my city and MBA is my first choice)
For the economic course,is Mishra and Puri for indian economy;MC vaish And Sudama Singh for international economics;HL ahuja for both micro and macro economics fine?These are my coursebooks so in any case i have to study them side by side.
How should I go with my preparations from now on?
I want to give both the exams(MBA exams and RBI).
and yes,what are other bank exams i can give just after graduation?

Thanks for all the help you have provided regarding the different phases of the RBI exam. This has certainly helped a lot of people including me in preparing for the exam and getting through till phase 2.
It would be really helpful if you would be able to provide some tips regarding how to prepare for the interview and the exact things to be taken care of to ensure success. :cheers:
In addition, if possible it would be really helpful if you or some of your batchmates would be able to post their interview experiences.

Hi Puys, The RBI notification says that A First Class Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade is required. I want to know if they're asking for an average of all years of graduation or just the percentage of the year of passing? TIA

Hi friends, In the bio-data form they have asked for a certificate by appropriate authority to convert grade into %age. Does anybody have any idea to how to go about it because my MBA college does not give this kind of certificate. help friends, What should I do as there is very less time HELP Puys !!!!!!!!!!

so finally the most awaited result of the year is out.

sadly i am not through the 2nd phase,its been a long time since i have seen rejection.feeling quite sad.

does rbi provide mark sheet for 2nd phase or will i have to file rti??
