Most people don't even discover about color blindness untill they are into their 30's......some of them accidently discover about it while taking up the ishihara test for fun!!!
Don't think that RBI will make a mountain out of molehill!!!

CALL THEM...we shld call them at least in 3 days regularly...to create pressure...and they will give us the actual answer.....and noted that agle sunai case ki 19/10/2012 hai...ho sakte hai uske baad letter veje...magar iska koi gurantee nehi...kiuki iske baad to supreme court mai bhi wo log ja sakta hai...to tab kya hoga?...so we shld have to know the actual reasons behind delay...just call them and ask the same question..
why u guys are worried ..case has nothing to do with joining ......don't create an environment which oldies don't like..they don like 2 b asked ..!! so live peacefully as we have to wrk thr ..rest s ur wish ......thats just a suggestion n watever little i feel during my work ex ...!!
@abhiabhiabhi yes banks do take eye tests....color blindness test is a part of it...I faced it in the medical test conducted while joining UBI...
@abhiabhiabhi yes they do...but not all of them..hardly 5-6 plates were shown on average during the test
