@abhiabhiabhi U got it wrong buddy..I am an SWO i.e clerk...definitely leave it for RBI...I have promotional exam coming up in may 2013 which I can easily crack I believe...but the kind of experience I have about the work profile of officers in my bank...I want to stay away from it. I seriously believe that We earn to live...not the other way round.

@abhiabhiabhi hmm..aisa kuch mention to nahi hai but will ask them as aaj bhi manger se confrontation ho gaya ..i don't want to go on bad note as aage upsc ka plan hai agar wahan hua to wo log harek jagah tagadi verification karate hain

@maddy2742 exactly...promotions are there for taking...but at what cost??No work-life balance is there at all in officer's job at nationalised banks....my friend,a PO in Indian Bank is cursing himself for not appearing in RBI exam....now he is desperate for ssc-cgl

@maddy2742 If U r thinking about resignation..better check out if there is notice period.In UBI there is a month's notice period for SWOs & 3 months' for POs

@mou4 When I left the interview room I saw the next candidate in line...she was a girl...I asked her if she was nervous...she said kind of...I told her not to worry as the interviewer are very friendly.
