hey guys! i had my interview at MUMBAI on 27th august. out of 40 candidates only 19 were eligible. 2 were absent.
a lady working in rbi, who managed our whole day there, told that, out of the total 707 passed candidates only 290 are eligible for interview.
she said dat there is a possibility that one more list of eligible candidates will be declared and more students will be called for interviews. She said the decision has not been taken yet but there is a slight possibility for something like this to happen. those are purely her words.
if anything like this happens, wat is the use of passing above the initial cut off list!!! SHUCKS!!!!!
and in my interview they asked, why here after engg, why rbi, inflation, basic work of an ordinary bank, functions of rbi, ur weakness, how will u survive in mumbai!!, repo, rev repo, hobbies, parental background, ms-office, inserting formulae in ms-office, how does rbi come to know dat there is inflation in the economy, dats all dat as asked to me!! hope i didnt miss anything!!!!
Does anyone know when result will come? If selected- when joining order comes and for how long training would be there?
its a 15 day training with 6 month probation period. result to be out by end of this month

i dont know abt the general category.. but 280 students are only eligible and absenties are also there..so u stand a good chance.. what was ur board no. what was it like?
it was ok kind of interview.. ques were only based on my graduation n little bit banking...
my board was 1 what was urs??? u r from which category n r u sure dat reults would be declared by end of dis month...

Hey bro on 25 august when i asked a sir that disqualified students are called later or not if the number of students are not completed. Then he told me that there is no any chance to call disqualified students again. and according to schedule the last date of interview in Mumbai region is 4th September.
