hello all,
i recieved the documents yesterday. lots of gazetted officers required.
please tell which all gazetted officers will sign the character certificate. i know a doctor in the general hospital who signs these. whom do i get the other two signed from? In chandigarh all 3 character certificates have " to be certified by a gazetted officer of class A/ B"
none have any mention of principal or educational institute etc.

hd been to the bbsr office 2day , hr dept informed tht letters hav been despatsched yday
med 12-16 i guess appolo kalinga aditya care n 2 others , and that only 1 surety bond is reqd, some RD will be present during the signing of the bond by the surety, joining probably by dec03 as they said is it the same else where?
1 more thing puys , i was told to keep the money receipt of the medical tests undergone so that even i case the report is misplaced the liability would remain with d concerned hospital to make available the reports to the rbi and at the same u hav proof of the tests done and the hospital issuing the cash receipt ...very simple one but plz keep this in mind !

yes and he has to inform the same to his employer in advance thus the form titled "to BE ISSUED BY THE OFFICE WHERE THE SURETY IS WORKING"
giving employment details of the surety , and the rest 2 forms to be filled by the surety

i dont know about other people. but for someone like me who does not know any such officer personally, this will be impossible. i have been turned away by people only on trying to get their signature on surety, if i ask them to come along they might just let the dogs loose on me!!!

does someone else also feel that this surety business is way out of line?
i mean they are taking character certificate which should be enough! how and why the hell would a random person give such a written surety about some candidate?
i feel we must talk to the RBI hrmd dept about this!

Puys in Mumbai region, there is no need to take the guy signing the surety to RBI office, it is confirmed from RBI Mumbai office....i don't know about other regions.

Don't know mate, call RBI for more info.
Where to go for issuing Surety Bonds ? Will not the RBI union members arrange for the same?
Can a teacher working in a govt. aided school be surety ?

yes he can...clerical cadre means class III employee of nationalized bank...its written there..
@trvg dear one character cert. has to b signed from principal ,2 from gazetted officer .see offer letter.read
ppl is character certificate needs to be printed on 100 rs stamp paper?
