just recieved the documents via speed post from chandigarh office.
have to take documents and report on 15 Nov
Only problem is to find surety who is ready to sign the bond.

everything is the same except there is no mention of medical tests to be carried, neither is there any list of approved hospitals.
also how many surety forms did everyone get? i have got the 3 surety forms + one more form that is to be signed by the office where the surety is working, certifying that he is serving there, verifying his signatures etc.

I also got the hard copy of offer letter today, everything is same as in the email.

is it necessary to make notary at end of surety bond?? or just have to print the matter of surety on bond and sign of surety...

i think u can submit all the documents on any working day as per your convenience before 12th nov...there is no exact date...u can c the last para of page no.6..
