So in chennai, kolkata, Bhubaneswar, patna, bhopal, guwahati, delhi, trivundrum all the persons who were eliminated from first list were eliminated due to lpt failure and low marks. till now only 3 cases from Bangalore region where candidates got eliminated without any proper logic.. if u know any other regions where this issue came up, please share

For those who are rejected based on biometric data, it is clearly stated in the notification that " Decision of the Biometric data verification authority with regard to its status (matched or unmatched) shall be final and binding upon the candidates. So it is upto RBI to decide and I think court cannot interfere because we have agreed to this notification.
