Hey guys, Requesting the converted candidates to join the official FB group and waitlisted candidates to join the whtsp groups for quick replies to their queries. My team mates and I have become less active on PG due to the increased and focussed approach on FB group and WhatsApp group for resolving queries.
Unofficial groups (BM and HR) also has been formed by many of your incoming batchmates. Join them too for discussing and resolving common queries, discussions you might have. :)
Hey being a fresher reading a lot of viewpoints about XLRI hrm makes me wonder. I consider myself extremely lucky for having converted hrm with 95 .xx percentile, general and engineer background. Worked super hard for gdpi, devoting almost every day to it. I don't intend to leave the seat at any cost since this maybe my only golden chance as my placed company is an IT firm which I've no interest in joining. I am well aware about XL's reputation when it comes to HR. I'm highly interested in the field too. In the current scenario what are the future prospects. Many are talking about the competition from IIM Ranchi's and IIM Indore's new competition and about how the economy can affect the packages being offered for hr roles . How true is all this? Can @achyut1989@Ray_xl@HotaHai shed some light on this? Please. Others too give your valuable suggestions. Thanking you in advance

For peeps who are in two minds/not too sure about HRM, what is the lowest you would be willing to stoop (figuratively) to study BM instead of XL-HRM?
(notice the use of HRM & XL-HRM as separate entities; nuance is appreciated)

Does everyone get considered for xlri delhi campus selection?( I mean the people who have attented the interviews). I don't remember specifically choosing the Delhi campus as a preference.
Hi, there are lots of uncerinity as all preductors are filed now. Need Genuine answer on Delhi list . Will it be fresh outlook or leftout candidates will get priority. Even there are full chance even after 180 they will require to add more.
May I request for a considered opinion.I am GEM Fresher, had worked hard, achieved 99.96 percentile and was dreaming of A,B,C.Dreams stand shattered as I am waitlisted in A and B, that to beyond likely conversion merit as per previous year trends.
