Will the xl delhi campus have placements clubbed with the Jamshedpur campus (what they do in iift D and iift K) or the placement processes will be different for the two campuses ? Any ideas?

As the result is due in a few days, many of you would be really anxious and honestly, I know exactly how you feel! Hope this will help calm your nerves and what awaits you when you come to the oldest management institute in the country. Here I share with you a gesture of gratitude to the whole XL community who made the largest management fest in the country a great success! https://youtu.be/9OHZOUVcqHU
Finally I met my IIM CAP crushie Jatin on the FMS GD-PI group as another PG member stated in the group that "Are you the same girl who was finding Jatin" and my boy texted me then. PG is an amazing community. Starstruck. 🙈😂😂

karma crosses percentile even now. result aate aate year bhi na cross kar jaye.
Hey guys, please do not believe in the fake news circulated. The website mentions clearly the date of announcement of result for Jamshedpur campus. There had been delay due to the lockdown situation and working patterns of the staff in the campus. And since this is the first time for NCR, we have to wait and watch the pattern and rules to follow for seat booking/merit list etc. Keep checking the website for more info and believe only that. Happy weekend.
What will happen first ?
- Corona ki vaccine aajayegi
- India crossing Usa Corona tally
- Fms releasing the notification
- Xlri ka hafta khatam hoga

Can someone let me know what is the discussion regarding the small difference between 96 and 99 percentiles this year ? How was it last year? Does anyone has score to percentile mapping for 2019 and 2020?
WHAT IF, all waitlisted ppl for BM would be given a convert for NCR Campus and would have to pay the fee or acceptance money in order to remain in consideration for the Jamshedpur campus? We might get screwed this way.

PataalLok is awesome...binge watch it.
Do you feel the scores of all the candidates belonging to a particular umbrella (eng, non eng.) both male and female will be calculated differently for HRM and BM since the cutoffs were also different? No speculations, just wanna know people's thought process on this. Since a 93 percentiler non eng has scored 3 percentile more than the designated cutoff, whereas an engineer, who, if he has the same percentile, has just touched the base.
So unfortunately, it does not look like the cases in our country are declining. In a scenario like this if interstate travel is banned for some time to come, or if the current regulations are changed and new batches are to be conducted online for a good part of the first year (maybe even longer?) how do you think the industry would view this batch? Let’s say that the economy does bounce back soon (best case scenario), a booming economy within 2 years is still highly ambitious. So, in an economy trying to find its grooves again, do you think the market would extend the same number of offers and of the same values to a batch that might have done a good part of its schooling off campus? This is something that i have been thinking about, wanted to get your views as well. Thanks in advance to all those that take some time out and reply!
I just wanna understand one thing if anyone knowledgable enough here can enlighten me. By now, we all have a fair bit of idea against the GEM aspirants in management institutes while the so called "non-eng" consider themselves lucky. My simple question is, should an aspirant be "punished" just because he took up science in higher secondary which previously was considered the holy grail for "achievers" by the society and eventually went on to pursue engineering. Without being biased, and stating from personal experience, most(more than 70%) of the considerably bright students took up science and only a handful of students went into commerce with a clear picture in their head and not because they couldn't clear the science cut-off! I don't aim to demean anyone but that's what I've realised. You all are free to share your share of the experience as well.
So, is it justified to make the achievers fight it out amongst themselves while others having it easy with much lower percentiles to compete for the same coveted seat?
People often complain that because of the QA section, engineers have it easy but ask yourselves, is the QA really up to the "engineering maths" standard or is it mostly the basic aptitude topics we read till class 10th.
Most of us engineers aren't one by choice but just happened to be one because of its reputation it had earlier but equally talented(if not more) to flourish in other domains. Because not everyone of us had a clarity back at that time! Else people wouldn't be jumping onto doing MBA from all fields. So why dafuq just punish engineers?
And people who didn't take up engineering, they're privileged! A few, I can understand but surely not all. There should rather be a benchmark for the "non-engineers" like a distincting factor in their field or something. Just because you chose a random field so we'll award you with extra marks? Complete bullshit!
I believe if the institutes fancy diversity in knowledge so much so, they might as well add a new section in the exam paper and level the playing field. Then we'll see who comes out on top(without grace marks)
So, just a small advice to the non-engineers, consider yourselves damn lucky because you don't have to shoot for the moon to manage a call from the top institutes. Because, even if we don't express it much, it .....s us up from within to see others prevail when we know we're equally talented if not more. All these "non-engg" profile posts triggered this post.

Any Laptop recommendations?
How bad/good are these acads? X(Maharashtra State board) /XII(Telangana Board of Intermediate education) /B. Tech (EEE, 3rd tier college) 88%/81%/92.5%(expected percentage, course ongoing) I know exactly where and how I've failed but I'd like a general perception of how these scores look to a third person, not just for my XLRI chances but also for recruitment or other Bschools in case I fail to make it this year.
😂😂😂😂
Sit back and wait for 20-05-20.
