Just sharing my interview experience. Afternoon slot. Last candidate. Started with an introduction. Some questions about me and my family. No questions about academics or current affairs, just about me and why I want to go for HRM. My first preference was also HRM. Then some questions to play with my mind. Talked about extracurricular interests. Told them that I sketch. Mind questions again regarding sketches. Went for like 20-30 mins. Ended with us talking about my sketches. I said *Would you like to have a look at my sketches?*. One professor was about to say yes(he almost noded and was about to say something), but the other professor said *No Suraj we were more interested in knowing you than your sketches* I smiled, said thank you, have a good day. This is how it ended. This ending is bothering me a lot😂.

As everyone is sharing their interview experience here goes mine Started with are you good in maths ? I said okayish So they asked me to choose a topic ,I said was good at maths once but rn I won't choose , You can ask me any questions So there were some questions on graphs which I was able to answer. I'm an Ece engineer so some basic questions of ECE,they weren't that keen to grill me on ECE it seemed What topic do you want us to ask you questions on ? I said current affairs maybe something on Corona virus ,he said not that You might've been following news for sometime now ,So tell us what you know about Balakhot airstrike And Commander Abhinandan What's your view on the Balakhot airstrike and how it's changed other countries view about India Was able to answer almost everything Then they asked me as my favorite hobby was following Cricket and tennis , Who're the top 5 run getters for India - cakewalk Then Top 5 wicket getters for India I knew some with the exact wickets too so that was nice Then the third interviewer who was silent for the most part of interview started asking me Should Hindi be made the National Language Had a good discussion on that for 5-7 mins and then with that my interview was over Gd,wat was average Percentile is on the low side so I don't think it'll go my way though .

GD - contributed heavily and made good points
WAT - good enough I guess
PI - went almost 35 minutes. Was afraid of getting grilled over acads but they only brought it up once and seemed satisfied. Whole PI revolved around my work ex and scenarios

GD - Systematic approach as the topic was related to my work ex so that was a bonus
WAT - better than the HRM one
PI - again went over 30 minutes. Revolved around hobbies, interests and things not asked before in HRM PI, again was given situations and asked my opinion. Was asked to justify my points in GD too.

Overall satisfied with the GD-WAT-PI but skeptical because of below par XAT score and acads

Seeing so many experiences being posted, I'm very temped to post mine too. I did post last year and had a greatly positive response but finally, I got rejected. This time I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. A lot of the things are opposite of last year and just maybe, the result is opposite to. Good luck to everyone. Hope you do not take a reject very hard. I know I did. Took me a couple of months to bounce back from the depression. Take care!

Since I have been seeing so many polls bullshit,one from my side: 10/12/Grad/Workex: 9/9/9/24 months BM: GDPIWAT: Amazing The PI was so amazing that the interviewers gave me a brief induction session of XLRI. Though I was not offered toffee, I was offered a buffet dinner in a nearby hotel which I had to gently decline pertaining to ongoing COVID 19 crisis.
I am a bit skeptical about my percentile.It is a bit on the lower end: 99.98 %ile
And I am a bit uncertain about what will the panellist take on me rejecting their dinner offer.

30 months workex till Dec. Male, Engineer.
Had applied only for BM.
Happened to be interviewed in Delhi, in the panel of GV. Hence, can't say the interview was "good". I would say, it went on pretty smooth, with a few ups. Nothing went particularly downhill. Missed answering a couple of questions, but those weren't really make or break questions, but just abstract extension of what initally started from my profile. Questions came from my points in the GD, some around my workex, a strange geography question too (IDK how/why) and finally a few questions from my self assessment form.
