The program is a crucial learning experience for the students of XAHR aspiring to be future leaders. This TSAF course design is such that the adventure quotient is kept high; the students are exposed to different circumstances, enabling them to bring out both the roles as team-leaders and team-players. The program acts as an icebreaker that allows individuals to go beyond the diverse backgrounds that divide us and find unity despite gender, ethnic differences, and educational qualifications. The adrenaline-pumping activities put the candidates through a series of outbound experiences to expand their mental and physical limitations. The School of Human Settlements, Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, provides a comprehensive program for urban domain students ULE (Urban Learning Experience). This program gives students a holistic insight experience about practical work in the urban domain. It is the flagship program of the Urban Management course with 45- days of fieldwork for students to gain experience.
Students are sent to different cities to enable students to incorporate an analytical perspective about the complexities of horizontal and vertical coordination involved in the processes of urban development. Hi! I have a query regarding the application form for XUB. The image size is mentioned as 50kb maximum and dimension is only mentioned as 200x250, which I assume, is in pixels. But the dimension is not in accordance with the aspect ratio and hence is not possible to get the picture to match that dimension. Even of I violate the aspect ratio of the image and make the dimensions as stated, the image is not getting accepted in the form. Kindly help.
