Yes, i do believe that there's no way SPJCM is gonna call us for the evaluation that's gonna happen on Feb 12th and that really ends the hope for me w.r.t securing an admit this April. I do not see things changing in the last week before evaluation. Hope SPJCM are bit straight forward in this. I do respect their principles, but they need to understand prospective candidates situation as well.
yeah like 36 months.. person.. will (almost) be equivalent to a 34 or 35 months.. experience.. like i also have few other colleges.. n i want to join sp jain.. so wudn't it be good for spjain to at least start shortlisting people for nov. intake... ( those who will be having the relevant exp. by then) and if we make it into nov batch.. then it wud be good from aspirants pov also.. like u are not going against the policy .. you are just opening the nov. intake window before... can't it be possible?

Hi Puys, I have filled up the application form today so within how many days will I get to know that I have been selected/wait-listed/rejected for the GD/PI process. I cleared the written cut off's for SPJAT. I think the next evaluation round is on 12th Feb. Also can anyone put in some company names that recruit people specializing Consulting Management

I got an email from SPJAIN last week saying that I did not meet the SPJAT cut off, and if I want to improve the score, I may appear for the 19th Feb test. I have registered myself for the 19th test again. But on the website, I am seeing my status as "Wait List - Initial Screening". What does this mean? Could you please elaborate?

I have applied to the GMBA program at Sp Jain. The below is a snapshot of my profile: Xth: 83.06% XIIth: 85.33% B.E.: 60.03% CAT (2011): 91.51 percentile Wrk Ex: 32 months of IT experience at Accenture Services Private Ltd.
My application id is 85898-IT. I applied to the program at 31st January, 2012.
I checked the status today and it says that I am falling short on some criteria and as a result I am wait listed.
Can you please clarify on what criteria do I fall short? Is it the Work Ex? Also, will taking the SPJAT on the 19th of Feb boost my chances of getting accepted? Should I appear for the test? I would like to go for the GMBA program rather than the new MGB program started by the institute this year only. Please help !!!!
At times, we do make exceptions in cases where the candidate has a good profile otherwise, such as exceptional academics , aptitude scores, achievements, performance at work etc. These are normally kept for the last evaluation round. So you will get a final decision somewhere around mid-March.

We have started informing shortlisted candidates for the evaluations on 12th Feb, over email. The next evaluation may be somewhere around Feb-end or early March.

Have they sent out the final calls for the feb 12 evaluation ? Is there another evaluation scheduled for the april intake ?
The evaluation is at the SPJain Center of Management, Bhavans college campus, andheri west. You would need to look for a Hotel around this area as we would not be in a position to suggest hotels. Recommend that you take the list for Hotels at/near Andheri West from Google and then check with them for the onces that are closer to Bhavans College.

Hi Rutty, I just wanted to know whether taking the SPJAT will brighten my chances of getting in. In the form I have mentioned that I won't be taking the SPJAT as I thought a CAT percentile of 91.51 should be good enough (The site mentions that 85 percentile is adequate). Also, the MGB program starts in September this year. By then I would have exceeded 3 years of work ex (which exceeds the requirement for the MGB program). So if the work ex is the problem, then where do such candidates turn to? Please help !!!!
