The test dates for august are not yet out. If the test is going to be held in between the 5th to 20th and if you are in Singapore around that time, you can take the test from Singapore.

Can you please let me know a tentative date for the next SPJAT exam. I would be out of India from Aug 5 -20. so ,if the SPJAT is conducted during this period , is it possible that i give the exam at your singapore campus ?
If its a consultancy firm wanting a candidate with an IT Management profile, then yes ofcourse you can appear for the Interview but if its hardcore consultancy, then they would prefer someone who has done a specialisation in consultancy. In any case, for Consultancy management, we prefer taking candidates who have got experience in consultancy so they would have an edge there.

You can send a mail on [email protected] quoting your application number and SPJAT score. If the score is below our cut off mark, your application will be kept on a waitlist until you submit your improved scores to us.
When you register the 2nd time for the next aptitude test, kindly mention your application number on the form so we can directly map your aptitude test score once the results are declared.

If you are planning to apply with your CAT 2011 scores, you can target our April 2012 intake as you would have your results by then. Admissions for April 2012 will begin around Nov. 2011. You can submit your application once the admissions open and update us with your CAT score later once the results are declared.
Alternatively, if you wish to be considered for November 2011 intake, you can apply by taking the SPJain aptitude test or GMAT. We accept any one of the above mentioned test scores.
As for your specialisation, you will need to decide this on your own based on your career plans and interest. If you wish to continue in the field of IT we offer a specialisation in IT Management, if you wish to diversify, you can consider our other specialisations listed on -http://www.spjain.org/gmba/specializations.asp

Hi, My profile is: X:88%,XII:91%,B.Tech: 83.4 Extra C: decent Work Ex: 10 months: Operations related in a big Indian manufacturing company 18 months: In IT as a software engineer. I had applied for the Nov'11 intake with the specialization of GLSCM because of my interest in it and also because of my work ex (though its very less). I have also managed to get the call for the second round for GLSCM and is seriously looking forward to convert this!! But i have a concern that i might face problem during placements because my majority of work-ex pre MBA is in IT and so i will be considered equivalent to a fresher!! (Also considering the fact that since its a one year program so recruiters will definitely give importance to previous work-ex).. Could you please help me with this concern of mine?
Since the admission to GMBA program of SP jain is a rolling process, i.e they keep having SPJAT multiple times for one intake and not all students appear at one go, what is method which is used to calculate percentile in SPJAT? what marks/percentage in SPJAT correspond to what percentile (approx with previous records)?
I have been working with Infosys for the past 4 years on SAP and out of that for the past 18 months I have been in UK. I will be back to India sometime in Oct or November completing almost 2 years of work.exp. in UK

- When is the time when I should be giving SPJAT ?
- Also is SPJAT scores considered very important or even profiles are given weightage during the selection process. The reason why I am asking this is as laterals and working on very highly demanding profiles the preparation time for aptitude tests is not sometimes enough for laterals which in turn can affect the aptitude scores.
- Also are there are any Indian MNC's coming to the Dubai or Singapore campus for recruitments and what are the average salary offers made ? The website has very limited info. So would expect some more detail about it.
- I am planning to do mba in IT and finance . Does SP jain global campuses offers dual mba ?
Hello Everyone, I have 4 years of experience in IT and now strongly feel that I need a MBA degree to move on with my career, not just for monetary gains, but also for switching to different roles and responsibilities. My basic background: 10th 67% 12th 61% BCA 73% Total Work Experience 4 Years Now my queries: 1. With a decent GMAT score, do you think my profile is worth a try applying GMBA? 2. As I am willing to do MBA IT, what are the possibilities of me getting a role of a BA or a consultant? 3. Do companies, while placements, consider the factor of students last earned salary. My current salary is at higher range compared to what generally a 4 year exp guy gets in IT. So what exactly I want to know here is whether salaries have higher chances to get rationalize around average packages of GMBA (Do GMBA IT has a maximum salary bar)? or salaries depend up on individual profile, by also considering his last earnings? We calculate the percentile against the highest score obtained

We need to still finalise the next date for SPJain aptitude test. Once the dates are decided, we will open the registrations online. You will need to check for announcements on our website.
