A student is waitlisted when his application does not meet any of our entry criterias. So a student could be waitlisted if he/ she has not taken any aptitude test or if their aptitude test score does not meet our requirement. the reason we keep them on a waitlist is so they can appear or reappear for the aptitude test post which their applications are again reviewed.
a student having a valid aptitude score could also be waitlisted as the other parameters may not have been fullfilled such as work experience or academics.

The email relating to our website upgradation was sent to all students but the mail stated clearly that applicants were not required to re-apply as their details were intact with us. Pls read the mail sent to your once again.
If you can't view your appliation online it is possible that you may be entering the wrong username/pswd. Pls send a mail to [email protected] quoting your full name and application id and they will forward you your username and password.

Wait List - Initial Screening Thank you for the interest shown in S P Jain, Dubai-Singapores GMBA (November 2010 intake) program. We are in receipt of your application and on screening the same we find you falling short on some of our admission criteria due to which we have kept you on our waiting list. Periodically (there is no specific time frame for doing so - it is done as and when the need for doing so arises) this list is reviewed and students moved to the evaluation process. Please check this website at intervals to ascertain if there has been any change in your admission status.
The error on the status link has been rectified now. You can check your status. All updates should be put up by this week end. The first round of evaluations will be held sometime around the 1st half of August.
Sorry but I didnt quite get what you meant by 'there have been cases of applications going on Wait list even though they hadn't uploaded all details'. Pls clarify
The status updation process in on pls continue checking the link regularly. Also since you are an applicant it is better if you write to [email protected] from there you can get your queries answered directly.
Pls dont be disappointed. This only means that your application may be falling short of some parameter cause of which the Admissions committee may have decided to keep you on a wait list for now. Your application will be again reviewed at a later stage.

You can submit your application now. After submitting your form you are given an application number, you need to mail your application number and your SPJAT registration number to [email protected]. We will then map your score to your application once the results are declared and update your status thereafter.
Deferring your offer for the next intake is only permitted in genuine cases for which you need to write to the Management and seek their approval.

The SPJAT results are out . My score is 76.36 percentile which is less than the 80 percentile required. I have a few questions:
1] Should I apply with the same Percentile...will I have any chance at all ??

In the online application form for GMBA..It is mentioned that one has to specify the percentile and date of any previous attempts at SPJAT....In case I take the next SPJAT how do I update my latest score as there is no Inputs for the second attempt ?

I had applied with my GMAT score of 610 and was told that the score was way below ur cutoff and my app was put into waitlist.. Now can you comment on my chances of getting an eval call..

Hey xtremesoul.. I too have an eval call on 22nd .. 9:30 AM .. Just booked my slot.. How do you plan to prepare .. I've been through the evals before once.. i'll share my exprience briefly..
IMO .. the Evals are pretty ok.. in my case the essays were easy to attempt.. so was the case study .. Panel interview was more of an informal discussion .. Just know your domain and what you do and be clear abour ur goals.. be confident and u'll be ok.. overall the process takes around 5-6 hours.. The staff was really courteous and helpful..i was rejected though at that time coz i had very little exprience..
When are u reachin mumbai? i plan to reach there on the 21st evening..
I have also received a call for eval on 22nd Aug.I would request puys who have already dealt with the process to brief a little more on the level of difficulty and topics i should cover for the preparation.
Hey statless.. No preparations as such are required for the interview.. be aware of ur domain of work.. current affairs.. latest happenings in ur area of work .. and be confident as i said earlier !
Regarding essays and GD .. it can be anything under the sun.. so cant prepare anything fr that.. Case studies are also some real life situations.. how u approach it depends on ur exprience to deal with things in ur professional life or knowledge..
GD tips ofcourse remain the same..Try to to take the lead .. speak relevant.. dont go too far from the topic.. no agression but assertion.. u'll be asked to summarize urself in the end in about 10 seconds time..

Hey.. Sticker labels are the ones that u use on envelopes.. Something that can be printed on and pasted on enevlopes.. u might have seen wedding cards or other forms of formal communications where they are pasted.
Would get them in any good stationery shop..

can u submit ur application without having a score..?? or u must have the SPJAT score before submitting the application..??
Is a person considered for interview only after having got a valid score in SPJAT..?? or u can get a call for interview without a score based on profile and u can later submit the score later..??
