I am applying for the Nov 2009 intake... n want to know the structure of the spjat...... i wud want to know the break up of the qns as per maths, gk and verbal...... i am a little weak in gk.. how do i work on that????......

Thanks for the valuable info.I have few more queries.(Ms. Shweta,it would be great if you can also give your inputs).

1.Can you throw some light on placement scenario of May 2008 batch,given that they must have actually faced recession?
2.GMBA is recognized exactly like an MBA degree/diploma in India?
3.How does the placement of someone doing his/her final sem from Singapore differ from that of someone doing his/her final sem from Dubai?
4.Does the student have a choice in selecting the centre, like 1st sem Dubai and second one from Singapore and vice versa?

Hi Rutty,
I wish to take up spjat on 1st Aug. '09 in Pune. Do I stand a chance if I perform well in spjat as I do not have good academic scores.

Xth standard - 54.5 % (UP Board)
XIIth standard - 64 % (ISC Board)
B.E Electronics & Instrumentation - 71.64 %
Work experience- 1.5 yrs. as an Instrumentation Engineer.

Rutty, I have scheduled my evaluation for the 1:30 pm slot on August 16. But I want to change it to morning 9 am slot.Is it possible? I have sent an email to [email protected] about this. My application number is 40359-GLSCM.

What is the difference between panel interview and personal interview? And what sort of topics do they ask in the essay round?

Hi,

The 2 year part time programme is the EMBA which is meant only for working residents of Dubai as classes are conducted only in the evenings.

Hi Shweta,
i am new to pagalguy.would like to seek some info from you, i am interested in pursuing the emba (2yr part time ) program offered by spjain dubai. Does this program have multiple intakes in a year?When is the next session due to begin?
In the site there are no mention of placements have any past batches got placement assistance?
what preparatory material is best to prepare for the evaluation test
and what kind of biz study is generally given for evaluation purpose.

This is an information session - where you will be shown a video, followed by an elaborate presentation on SPJCM which then ends with a question answer round

Hi,

We do not have the specified format for the SPJAT - I cannot give you the exact break up of questions. You can update your general awareness by reading the newspapers regularly and by taking GK quizzes etc
