What is the difference between panel interview and personal interview? And what sort of topics do they ask in the essay round?

I have completed my B.E. this year and registered for S.P. Jain apti test for nov 2009 intake. May i know what are my chances of getting into the nov batch? I own a family business and have being workin part time since a year now and would be applying in non-placement section.
10th- 77.6% 12th- 82.0% B.E.- 69.2%

Academically your profile is fine but you may be lacking in the work ex. I cannot comment on your chances as that would be the decision of the Admissions Committee

However, my application was stuck in wait-list in April 09 intake also and I was not called in for interview. My work exp is on the lower side of 1.5 yrs. But in this application I have added many new and important things like certification( technical and financial domain, both). Also, after filing my application, I have added one more tech certificate..How can I get it added to my application, if possible?
Please help me Sweta, what should I do here? And do with this work Exp, I stand a chance?

hi, I have appeared for the 1st aug spjat test..but while giving the test, i had not submitted the spjain application , so i dont have an application no...i wanted to know can i now submit the form now leaving my percentile section blank and how will i be able to update my score after submitting.
Would there be another test that would be held for the Nov '09 Intake. I would have my application ready and would be submitting the same when i have a score in hand.

Xth - 71% XIIth - 59 % B.Tech - CGPA of 7.1/10 From A reputed Private University
2+ Year of Exp with IBM India Workin For a European Telecom Giant Technical Certifications , Decent Co-curriculars Internship for 3 Months at a Financial Solutions Company.
Had applied an year back For Dec Intake and had gotten rejected on lower work ex grounds. Please comment on my chances this time. Any chances this time with more work ex.?
Also please let me know about any more Aptitude tests SP Jain is conducting for November.Really looking forward for it.

1.5 years is a bit on the lower side and we are primarily looking at candidates with more than 2 yrs work ex

yes, you can apply now leaving the aptitude section blank. Once the scores are declared we will update your application on our own - you need not update the same
