SIBM Pune launches MBA (Leadership & Strategy) programme from Academic Year 2020
Based on overwhelming feedback received from Corporate, SIBM Pune is launching an MBA (Leadership and Strategy). The first intake would be from the academic year 2020 and SNAP score ( followed by GE-PI-WAT process) will be mandatory for entry into the program. The programme will be offered from the Lavale campus in Pune.

I have query regarding SNAP form, Caste Certificate section.
My Caste Certificate is issued by Madhya Pradesh Govt. in Hindi Language. As per the below note mentioned-
Kindly note that caste certificates issued only for respective state govt. benefits will not be accepted. Caste certificates, if issued in vernacular, will need to be supported by a certified English translation, issued by a competent authority.
Can you please help me understand "competent authority" in the above note, includes whom? Who will be right person to translate it and sign? Can a public Notary who provide stamp papers etc, can issue it and sign, will that be okay? Or is there any prescribed/translated format on the SNAP portal?
Also, currently I'm residing in Hyderabad and from the past 20-25 years we are staying in Maharashtra, so I'm not sure If I can go back to MP again for this work. Would be nice if I can get this done here in Hyderabad.
