My scores marred by their faulty evaluation. Got just 92.8 percentile. Now i am in mood of SIIB , But i did not apply it yet. And the last date has gone. Do they reopen it usually?

Over past few days i have came across a lot of mixed reviews about SIOM Nashik and i would like to share some information after my personal experience in industry over last few years and after discussing with few of alumnis of SIOM. Hope it will help people who are beclouded with confusion as last date for registration is 4 Jan.
If you are a kind of individual who is doing an MBA just for sake of it or because of make or break option this year then SIOM is surely not a place for you. If you are type of individual who likes to play with 6 digits salary numbers then SIOM is not a place for you. So if you are even slightest in mood of going just because of their placement report on website, i will advice you to double think on that.
SIOM is a place for only those who are genuinly interested making their career in operations/SCM. Freshers or experienced doesnt matter. Only advantage latter will get is increased salary package. Academic programme they have designed is very in line with current industry requirements and i am quite sure an MBA aspirant will get ample of opportunities in academic period to showcase his/her talent. Normally those people who couldn't get into top colleges like SIBM, SCMHRD, SIIB etc. finalize with SIOM option at last hoping symbiosis brand will help them. Well this will be alarming itself as this is not just the place for come and go. If you enter through any of the above moods, you will end up giving negative reviews about SIOM on later stages just like today we are receiving from some of the alumnis or friends. Those who had clear vision of their destiny, SIOM helped them pursue their career. In all feedback, common thing was their faculties were awesome and helpful although some mentioned that some good faculties left in recent years but still thats not the big issue according to them as rest covered up everything. No doubt NITIE/SP jain/IITs are the best thing in this area, but SIOM comparitively new to this, is still in process of establishing name. Alumni base is the only advantage NITIE has today. Otherwise many of the alumni gave feedback that their academic curriculum is at par with NITIE and both NITIE and SIOM folks are getting summer internship in the same companies. Also some have told me that hands on practicals and exposure you will get at SIOM are way ahead than NITIE. Six sigma certification, ERP, SAP exposure etc. are really handful if you look at industry requirements. Here i am neither popularizing any brand nor pulling down NITIEians legs, all i want to tell is be clear with what you want to achieve from MBA and what you are expecting from college. Coming to fees(in this case approx.15L), well it's evry individual choice. But if you are ready to invest then surely it is quality investment. On later stages of life,trust me, your value will increase exponentially not only in job life but also you will be able to run your own business as well having a lot of options. Ending to this discussion, just like to share some extra information about extra things(which i dont think matter). They have triple sharing hostel rooms till last year and their campus is very small compared to other B-schools and also mess food is average(some told me they are drastically improving food quality considering increasing value of college in recent years) But nobody gave me negative feedback about these things.

Symbiosis replies in a mail with the number of questions you attempted and left blank. Also , clearly stating no change would be made in your score and percentile!

What are the chances for SIOM , SITM and SIBM Hyderabad with 77%ile ?
For the people saying their scores doesn't match up their attempts, mine totally does match here, VA - 21.25, 25 attempts, 22 correct QA - 11, 16 attempts, 12 correct LR - 8.5, 16 attempts, 10 correct Gk - 9.5, 12 attempts, 10 correct Now even I doubt because of the efficiency in LR section, but i guess what this implies is there is some mismatch in the answer key and not an issue of number of questions not matching the marks.
